They have effectively gotten rid of pests where other companies have failed. We use multi pest for our food service business, home and 3 rental properties.

They go the extra mile to cooperate with tenants and real estates, they send us friendly reminders to help us stay on schedule for regular treatment.

Between 1999 and 2004 I had my Brisbane home treated twice by a supposedly reputable termite company – both times at considerable expense. Each time termites returned within only a few years. When, in early 2008 I found that termites had returned yet again, I took my time surveying local termite companies (finding out along the way that the treatment I had paid for in the past had not conformed to the relevant standard in several areas) and meeting more than a few “flash operators” along the way.

In the end I selected Multipest to tackle my termite problem. I was impressed by Curt’s “straight talking”, fair pricing, and generally professional but “down to earth” approach. It really was “chalk and cheese” watching the work done by Multipest by comparison with the shoddy work I paid for in the past. Deep trenching around the house, large amounts of insecticide, and neat backfill with pavers replaced as if they had never been moved. Inside Curt and his team worked cleanly and carefully.

Since 2008 I have had three yearly inspections by Multipest and each time it has been careful inspections of an hour and more – not the twenty minute “she’s right mate” inspections I had had in the past – and they provide a carefully written report.

I have recommended Multipest to friends and, like me, they have been pleased with the quality work of Curt and his small team and by the quiet professional way they go about the job. So I am very happy to write this testimonial for Curt and the boys and wish them well in the future.

I am so pleased with the service we received from Multipest for termite control recently. When termite damage was discovered, Kurt came straight out that day to inspect the property which was a relief.

The three guys who came back to complete the job were so friendly and helpful, as was Monique in the office. They were conscious of the upheaval that this time consuming and large scale treatment can cause in a home, and bent over backwards to lessen the impact.

I am really grateful to them for asking if it was OK to remove plants against the house (of course – better to lose a few plants than have a pathway for the termites). They even put the plants in the compost for me and cleaned up the yard afterwards. They moved furniture which was in the way of their work for me and made sure the cat didn’t escape! It’s also nice to see a family run company where everyone gets along so well.

A note to thank Multipest and in particular Curt and Monique, who I have spoken to on separate occasions on the phone and Lincoln and Kelvin who did a superb job on the termite barrier for our Capalaba Home.

They worked like trojans in mid 30 degree heat all day. This is the second barrier we have had done on this house. The level of workmanship this time far surpassed the work done previously by another company. It’s a miracle that we didn’t get termite damage considering the short cuts that were taken by the other company.
