Pest Management Treatment
Completion time is approx. 1-1 1/2 hours. Please allow 30 mins from treatment for the product to dry.
Pests we treat include cockroaches, silverfish, spiders, ants & rodents.
We treat cockroaches using gels. Gels are used in all internal areas as they are odourless. Silverfish treatment is applied to skirtings, built in robes and linen closets. We treat spiders and ants externally, internally when they’re found inside the home. Roof voids are treated for cockroaches, spiders, silverfish, rodents and ants.
All products Multipest uses are AQIS approved with very low odours and are safe for your family and pets.
Please advise the technician at the time of the treatment if you are having problems with any pests and the areas within the property they are being found.
Additional services for fleas, lice, German cockroaches, possums and much more are also available upon request.
**Our Pest Control Prices includes a free 12 month internal service warranty for cockroaches, silverfish and spiders only. This price does not include the cost of a one- month follow up treatment if German Cockroaches are present. Lockable Rodents Stations, if required, can be purchased at a cost of $25.00 per station. A General Pest Management Treatment Advice Notice will be issued for your property once the treatment is completed.
Visual Termite Inspection
All termite inspections are performed to Australian Standards 3660.3-2000. Termite Inspections are completed by a Qualified and Licensed Timber Pest Technician using a range of techniques and technology including infrared cameras and moisture metres.
Our technicians are happy to talk you through their findings on the day or over the phone and will often make suggestions for improvements around your property that will reduce the likelihood of termites finding their way in. In the event that active termites are located, the technicians will supply a written quotation and product information for termite treatment options. Termite Treatments will only by carried out once written instruction from the property owner or manager has been received.
Pre-purchase Building & Pest Inspections
All Pre-Purchase Timber Pest Inspections are performed to Australian Standards 4349.3.
